Orders are processed seven days a week. What is not covered at weekends is anything needing a person — a stuck form, an ID check, a question for your provider. Order late on a Friday and you will likely hear more at the start of the week.

Yes, TRT requires confirmed low testosterone (typically two morning labs below 300 ng/dL, or symptomatic men with free T in the low quartile). We order a comprehensive panel including total T, free T, estradiol, SHBG, PSA, CBC, and a metabolic panel.
TRT therapy requires ongoing safety monitoring. Your OPTML physician orders baseline labs, reviews them, redraws at week 6 and week 12, and monitors hematocrit, estradiol, lipids, and PSA on an ongoing schedule. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary.
TRT suppresses the HPG axis and typically reduces sperm production. If fertility preservation is a priority, we offer Enclomiphene, which raises natural testosterone without suppressing fertility, or combination protocols with hCG.
