Questions

The honest answers.

What is the Longevity Report Card?

A free interactive assessment that grades eight domains linked to healthspan: cardiorespiratory fitness, strength and function, metabolic health, sleep, daily movement, nutrition, stress and recovery, and prevention. It takes about three minutes, requires no bloodwork, and returns a letter grade per domain plus an estimated percentile against U.S. adults of the same age and sex. It is educational and is not a diagnosis.

How is the percentile calculated?

Each answer is scored against published population reference distributions for adults of the same age band and sex. Cardiorespiratory fitness uses an estimate of VO2 max derived from age and resting heart rate, compared against standard age and sex reference values. Percentiles are estimates shown for education, not clinical measurements.

What is the difference between the Report Card and the OPTML Score?

The Report Card grades what can be observed without a blood draw: fitness, sleep, movement, nutrition, recovery and prevention habits. The OPTML Score reads what is happening inside, using your bloodwork. The Report Card is the starting point. The Score is the measured picture.

Do I need bloodwork to use the Report Card?

No. It is designed to work with no labs at all. One of the eight domains asks whether you know your recent bloodwork and blood pressure, because knowing your numbers is itself part of prevention.

What is in the longevity protocols?

Compounded NAD+ at $179/month and compounded sermorelin at $189/month, or both together as The Longevity Protocol at $348/month. Each includes a consultation with a U.S. licensed physician, the prescription, and ongoing medical oversight. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Whether any protocol is appropriate for you is determined by a licensed physician after reviewing your history and labs.

Which panel should I start with?

The Longevity panel covers the core markers most often reviewed in longevity care, at $229 for men and $249 for women. The Apex Panel is the flagship, covering 160+ biomarkers across 13 systems for $599 as a one-time purchase with no subscription.

Educational use only. Not medical advice. Not a prescription. The Longevity Report Card is not a diagnosis and does not determine eligibility for any medication. Compounded medications are prepared to prescription by FDA-registered 503A pharmacies under USP <797> standards and are not FDA-approved. Prescriptions are written only by U.S. licensed physicians after review of your history. Individual results vary.
