How we calculate

We compare your current monthly spend (or the public listed price at the source you select) against OPTML’s annual-tier price for the same protocol. Annual savings = (current monthly − OPTML annual-tier monthly) × 12.

Compounded preparations use active pharmaceutical ingredients (semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone cypionate, estradiol, etc.) that are chemically identical to those used in the corresponding FDA-approved branded products. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs. They are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies under USP <797> sterility standards.

Source pricing is approximate and reflects publicly listed retail rates as of 2026. Verify directly on each provider’s website. This calculator is an estimation tool, not a quote.

How this tool calculates

Savings estimates are based on the difference between publicly listed retail prices of FDA-approved branded medications and OPTML's flat compounded-medication subscription prices over a 12-month period. Retail prices are sourced from manufacturer disclosures and major pharmacy retail rates and change over time.
