What this is

What is inside the pack

The hard part of eating meat free is not variety. It is protein, and knowing whether you actually hit it.

Fifty eight recipes with the macros already counted and a MyFitnessPal barcode on every page, so you can see exactly where your protein is coming from.

The largest single pack in the library outside the full year collection.

Everything you get

Exactly what lands in your download

58 recipes, every one photographed, with full step by step method
Meat free throughout, across every meal of the day
A MyFitnessPal barcode on every recipe. Scan it and the whole meal logs in about two seconds, no typing
Full macros on every recipe: calories, protein, carbs and fat, already counted for you
A three step system up front to work out your own calorie and protein targets, so the recipes point at a number that is actually yours
Diet tags on every page (gluten free, dairy free, low carb, high protein, vegetarian, vegan, quick, meal prep) so you can scan for what fits
Instant download. Yours to keep, re-download any time from the same link
The fit

Is this the right one for you?

This is for you if

  • You are vegetarian, or eating less meat
  • You want to know your protein numbers rather than hope
  • You want breadth across every meal of the day
  • You want the macros already counted

Look elsewhere if

  • You eat fully plant based. Take the Vegan pack instead.
  • You are not looking for this style of eating. Every other pack is listed below.

Down 35 lbs and the strongest I've been since college. The recipe guide is what made the nutrition side click.

Went from skinny-fat to actual definition. The training and nutrition guides do the thinking so I just had to show up.

I knew how to train. What I didn't know was how to eat for it. The nutrition plan was the missing piece.

Questions

Everything worth asking before you buy

How many recipes are in Vegetarian Recipes?
58 recipes, across 126 pages. Every one is photographed, macro counted, and carries a MyFitnessPal barcode.
How do the MyFitnessPal codes work?
Open MyFitnessPal, go to Add Food, tap the barcode scanner and point it at the code on the recipe. The whole meal logs with its calories and macros in about two seconds. No typing and no guessing at portions.
Do I have to track my food to use this?
No. The recipes work perfectly well on their own. The macros and scan codes are there so that if you do track, it costs you a couple of seconds instead of a couple of minutes.
Will it tell me how much to eat?
Yes. Before the first recipe there is a three step system that works out your maintenance calories, adjusts them for your goal, and splits them into protein, fat and carbohydrate. You end up with your own numbers rather than generic ones.
How do I get it after I pay?
Straight away. The moment your payment goes through you land on a download page and the file is yours. Nothing is posted, and you are not waiting on an email to arrive before you can start.
Can I download it again later?
Yes. The download link stays valid, so you can come back to it whenever you need. Save the file somewhere you will find it again and it is yours for good.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every item in the library is a single one time payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. Everything is a standard PDF, so it opens on a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a printer. Most people keep the program open on their phone between sets.
Do I need a gym membership?
It depends on the program, and every product page lists exactly what equipment it needs. Several programs run on dumbbells and a bench, and the bodyweight program needs no equipment at all.
What is the fillable tracker?
Every training program comes with a spreadsheet version alongside the PDF. Sets, reps, RPE and rest are already filled in for the whole program, and the highlighted cells are where you type the weights you actually lifted. It opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
What if I buy the wrong one?
Read the refund policy before you buy, since digital downloads are treated as final once delivered. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your order, contact us at info@optml.health and we will sort it out.
Is this the same as OPTML's medical service?
No, and they are deliberately separate. The Method library is education: training programs and recipe guides. It involves no consultation, no prescription and no medical care. Anything clinical goes through a consultation with a U.S. licensed physician.
Which program should I start with?
If you are new, start with Your First 12 Weeks or the Full Body 2 Day. If you already train, pick by the number of days a week you can genuinely commit to, not the number you wish you could. Every product page shows where it sits on the beginner to advanced scale.

Start it this week.
